Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I have found Miro to be very useful when it comes to building process documents. It gives a lot of freedom to make different layouts, and it’s easy to use, even if working in groups. If the group is too big though, for example, if the whole class is on the same board, it starts glitching.
  • Easily create organised layouts.
  • Great collaboration space in small groups.
  • Faster to use than other softwares.
  • Glitches when working with a big group.
  • Adding divisions within frames.
  • Add the possibility to organise boards in folders.
  • Quicker organisation.
  • Quicker process recollection.
  • Improved productivity.
In creative industries, we’re used to using adobe software to present and share information. Miro is refreshing because it still has the professional aspect while making it faster and easier for everyone to do this.
It takes a few weeks to get used to. It’s totally worth it, though.
Before using Miro, if we wanted to collaborate on one document we had to use google docs/slides, which have very limited layout options. miro expands these horizons.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It’s easier and faster to use in groups and gives layout options.
It’s best suited for meeting organization, team collaboration, brainstorming, and even professional process documents, individual or in the group. It’s less appropriate for working in big groups when everyone is working at the same time. It’s also not well suited for presentations or expositions since it requires more attention to navigate.
