Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Remote Collaboration, Workshops, Idea Generation, Conception, Thought Structuring. Very important is the part of dealing with front-end user flows and customer journeys. Actually, it is a very important tool in the early phases of the product development process. We use it also for Retros or KPI Discussions. Recently I have seen there is also the opportunity to vote on Topics, a feature that I was missing for a long time.

Pros

  • Remote Collaboration
  • Tools to use
  • Templates
  • Endless Board

Cons

  • Integration of external Sources
  • Export & Print of Screens
  • Integration of Realtime Data
  • Improved Communication
  • Improved Productivity
  • Improved Collaboration
  • Improved Visualization of topics
I don´t like the app you can use. It is not so well suited for usage because of the reduced efficiency of switching to other tabs or areas. One thing to take a look at is the risk of creating multiple boards and connecting them. Would be cool to have a boar of the boards
You can use it out of the box, right away without much explanation. More advanced things are slightly more difficult. This could be enhanced. In general, it is very easy to be integrated into all kinds of processes. We used it on every level in every department. This speaks for itself
Yes, it has an impact on preparing information for a big group of people just giving them one link to deep-dive the date. It helps also a lot regarding Kickoffs and Workshops with its implemented tools like timers and break-out groups. Very good are also posts for idea generation or the retro features.

Would you buy Miro again?

Very well suited: Remote Collaboration, Workshops, and idea generation. Also conceptualizing and visualizing ideas and flows. You can create big user journeys and adapt them very fast if needed. Not so well: It is not a prototyping tool or a tool where you can integrate real-time information. It is also not a design tool for the later part of product development,
