Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro enables my team to collaborate with colleagues and customers in real-time with zero pre-requisites of installed office suite products. No longer do we have to rely on email, sending decks back and forth to do edits and updates. No longer do we have to clog customer inboxes full of review requests for slides. Miro enables my team to conduct productive, interactive workshops and strategy sessions remotely, just like we were able to before COVID. Customers love having the ability to interact in real-time and they appreciate the ease of use and quick login capability.
  • Enables collaboration between remote teams, internal and customer
  • Does not require Microsoft product installations
  • Works in all major browsers
  • Tons of addons available by default
  • Permissions
  • Ability to group boards more granularly
  • Publish or share project URL
  • Meeting value / ROI - internal team and customers see more value in meetings that are interactive
  • Faster return on Feedback - decks and requests are not lost in email
  • Better than zoom / webex for sharing and collaboration
easy to set up, easy to configure SSO, love the tips and tricks on how to get started and how to use certain features of the product.
Integration was easy, I do not have anything else to say about it
Real-time collaboration with almost zero pre-requisites and the ability to share links to the board in seconds with anyone.

ease of use, the low overhead of prereqs, cloud-based, saas.
Better suited for Remote collaboration Replacement for a whiteboard Better than a whiteboard Strategy session Technical diagram sessions - architecture diagrams, troubleshooting Less suited for: Video work Presentations Since it is new there is a stigma of Miro being less professional than PowerPoint Spreadsheets, macros, ETL, data manipulation, and scripting
