Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro as a sort of replacement for PowerPoint and as a working tool for big projects we are currently working on. Besides we use it to organize our weekly tasks within the team and for team meetings were it can be used properly. It is ideal to have an overview that is clear and organized.

  • A fun and easy-to-use platform
  • Easy to categorize different part of boards to have a clear timeline
  • I think Miro offers too few free tools in order to make the customer more attracted into buying the premium version.
  • The sharing tool and the privileges you give the persons with whom you share it are difficult and unclear within our organization.
  • I think a more Excel-like tool is missing to make graphs, etc. in Miro itself.
  • Minimum of 30% work time savings with an online working environment
It took my department a long time to consider the premium version because, in my opinion, Miro offers too few free tools in order to make the users opt for the premium version. Besides that, the majority of the employees got used to Miro very quickly and therefore it is easy to implement.
I give this rating based on the experience we have had within the team. Even the more inexperienced computer users found it quite easy to implement Miro in their daily working schedules. The younger generation picked it up very easily also thanks to YouTube tutorials, etc. The implementation process went very quickly and therefore I give it a 9!
Miro made a very good impact on our organization's ability to collaborate on new projects! A variety of different colleagues from different departments have found it very easy to work with others using Miro. It provides an excellent facility for the new working from home time we are living in--a real-life whiteboard but for online use.

Miro is perfectly suited for big projects where you need an online workspace to organize your work--tasks, to-do list, etc. We use it all the time for big projects and it has been ideal so far. I think Miro is less important for projects where you have to use it with data, etc.
