Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We trace complicated computing problems/applications on Miro, the collaboration features are heavily used to build up very complicated information architecture between a dozen experts.
  • Collaboration
  • Freestyle charts
  • High performance application with large content
  • Text formatting is a pain
  • API/Data integration ability for dynamic content
  • Clear/easy way to switch between editing and read-only
  • Improved productivity
  • Better collaboration
  • Easier viewing of large content pages
Feels like a web application, even when installed locally. I'll appreciate a more native feel, snappiness, robustness when heavily multi-tasking on a loaded computer.
Are there integration options for content? I am not aware.
Made collaboration much better, really good real time collaboration between multiple colleagues editing while on a remote call.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is definitely better, except for content/dynamic integration options. In draw.io I could write codes and integrate in to drawings. Drawings can show statuses of systems and applications from my custom projects.
Awesome for the free-style building of complex/sophisticated charts. Great for user journey diagrams too. But complete dead-end as after data entry, no integration is possible; no dynamic content, no open export format (excel, etc), simply no option to do technical integration.
