Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Used for collaborative working for a variety of purposes including content planning, user journey mapping, ideation, and process mapping. For mapping, in particular, provides a great way to identify individual steps, explore the flow and share this with others in a comprehensive yet accessible format.

Not involved in a selection but I have found Miro similarly easy to use. Lucidchart has helpful descriptions for what the different shape boxes in a process indicate eg manual process, decision etc.
Great for collaborative planning as well as user journey mapping and process development for marketing - the range of box shapes etc are helpful as they can indicate different parts of a process. It would be useful to have swim lanes feature too as the map can get a little messy at times. I wouldn't use it for very complex processes.
