Overall Satisfaction with Miro
My organization uses Miro as a virtual collaboration tool in client and internal workshops. It is a great tool to organize thoughts in a brainstorming session as multiple users can add ideas to the board. Miro has a lot of additional functionality that tools like Google, Jamboard, and Microsoft Whiteboard are missing.
Pros
- Digital sticky notes.
- Wireframes.
- Customer journey maps.
- Voting
Cons
- Can be difficult to share Miro boards.
- Requires users to make a Miro account.
- Organizes ideas in virtual environment.
- Enables us to hold successful virtual workshops.
The level of interaction and engagement enables you and your team to work cohesively and virtually share ideas in a visual manner. It is great to be able to collaborate in real time and in an organized manner. You can even add timers to your Miro board to keep the team on track and limit time in breakout rooms.

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?
Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
Google Jamboard has very limited functionality compared to Miro. There are no templates and limited options. For example, we didn't have enough sticky note colors in Jamboard to execute our board idea, but Miro had plenty. It also is nice to be able to zoom in and out on the Miro board and have a facilitator pull everyone to the same spot on the board. Miro also integrates with other tools which are very useful.
