Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is an intuitive, easy-to-use tool that empowers my cross-country team. Through Miro, we brainstorm effectively remotely and are able to create quick visuals that help us articulate our vision. Miro is the single tool that helped us to diagram our team strategy in a collaborative, clean way. Miro has even served as our team's organizational tool for some time -- it is that flexible! Miro has transformed how our team collaborates and brainstorms.
  • Diagramming
  • Collaborative Brainstorming
  • Organize items (creative assets)
  • Collaborative Anything!
  • Line connectors - they seem to go everywhere!!
  • Exporting a single frame
  • Improved productivity
  • Improved organization
  • Improved documentation
Miro is easy to use and intuitive. It is also pretty to look at, which is a plus.
Miro is intimidating for first-time users. I've noticed people get overwhelmed by the boards we've created and are not clear on how to get started. Once they spend 15 minutes in the tool though, they see how easy to use and actually intuitive it is. There is just that initial hump.
60% of my team is on the west coast, I'm on the east coast. Miro has bridged that gap seamlessly where we can collaborate on user flows which in the past could only be done live or in janky meeting whiteboards. Miro is also saveable, so you can build something and share it with someone else to add their tweaks. It's not just a live collaboration tool.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Well suited for collaborating with teams where you need a whiteboard remotely. Think of diagraming user flows or decision trees. Also good for organizing assets and other items - think planning a campaign from a list of available social assets or creating an org chart. Portions of the working board can also be exported easily for sharing outside of Miro users.
