Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It helped us to visualize the various process and the development within the team. Considering home office, Miro helped us to be on the same page while discussing over the board as everyone was able to see the real-time changes on the board with the flexibility to look around the board simultaneously.
  • Process mapping
  • Bottleneck task identifying
  • Data flow chart
  • More standard maps or chart
  • Collaboration with data management tools
  • More smooth integration with Excel
  • Definitely saved time
  • Would able to visualize some bottleneck tasks
  • Improved individual efficiency by about 5%
Installation and first user experience were fairly simple, and I didn't look for any help to use and implement for my day-to-day work. Most of the things, options, and alternatives are user-friendly, so I never found any difficulty to use in my office. Maybe some advanced options can be easily accessible.
I didn't need any special training to start using it for the first time. While few advanced options I used later in my work. That was not so much straightforward as one needs to know what actually particular options do as an in-office individual has very little time to learn. But overall did not find any issues.
Definitely helped. Identified a few key bottleneck processes and tasks that our team was doing. Even we as a team and as an individual drew the mind map of tasks to figure out where we can improve and where we can put some extra resources to improve the team performance at the same time.

Yes

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I definitely did not select Miro on my own. It was a pre-default application for use for us. I do not find much difference from most of the interactive tools available in the market. The positive about Miro is that it is super user-friendly and individuals need not save each time as it autosaves early moments.
Miro has been specifically helped in distance working, where each of us needs to improve some part of the process chart. Tracing project tasks are sometimes tricky, time-consuming, and difficult to locate the responsible person. Using Miro, we plot individual project tree tasks with responsibilities and due dates for each. This was useful for visualization purposes.
