Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use the kanban style for our to-dos, also for knowing what the team member is doing, how are we progressing in projects, and our workload. And we use it as a calendar for important events

Pros

  • The different styles, types of boards and designs
  • The "real time", other people can see our mouse pointer, changes and more
  • the infinite size of the boards

Cons

  • Miro could create the "archive" feature, for archiving boards without deleting or copying and pasting in another part
  • improve productivity
  • track project processes
  • increase the team organization skills
The way we can personalize every board depending on our needs, I love it
I think an 8 is perfect to describe products easy to use and really user-friendly and not a 10 because even being a user friendly product, is normal people need to learn the basics by reading, clicking, diving deep into the app, etc
A huge, because we tried to have several ways to share our projects or to control the workloads, but all ways were unsuccessfully implemented. Miro increased our visibility and productivity.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Because I don't know about the other apps but I couldn't create boards and have all the features Miro offers
Well suited: For projects, to-do lists, and for tracking all the processes. Less appropriate: We have a really long list of "done" boards we cannot delete or move but we cannot archive them because there is no option.
