Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro to compile and analyze notes from my user interview sessions, as well as to quickly structure sections for the research reports I am writing. Additionally, I have used Miro as the main tool in collaborative workshops with stakeholders and users.
Lastly, I use Miro with the direct team I work with: we have our weekly check-in largely using a Miro template, and we use it to compile team process ideas.

Pros
- Extensive collection of templates
- Delightful design + colors
- Quickly and easily importing spreadsheet items as individual sticky notes
Cons
- A little difficult to use with participants who do not have a Miro account
- When one person accidentally selects a large part of the board and is inactive, it becomes really annoying for other people trying to use it
- More font options would be nice
- Made it more enjoyable (and colorful/fun!) to collaborate on team projects
