Overall Satisfaction with Miro

An excellent way to communicate complex strategies, see interdependencies and set out key performance targets in a single view that all can see. Allows good collaboration with my team and is essential in planning workflows and development. Ease of use is a plus, and the visual nature of the output is a welcome relief from tedious spreadsheets and trackers, and it is much more interactive than email.

  • Sign in can be confusing at times
  • emails are not overly frequent but frequent enough to be mildly annoying
  • could do with sound for input to aid accessibility
  • Efficiencies in planning overall strategies

  • Much more expedient than travelling to meetings
The sign-in process could be slightly improved. Overall, it is an easy-to-use system that is well suited to collaborative working. There are sufficient benefits to using Miro when working remotely, and the ease with which boards can be shared is better than other similar products of this nature.
Miro has expedited process mapping, strategic thinking, and the development of new ideas without the requirement to attend external meetings. It is easier to work with partner organizations and gather their feedback. There are no real downsides to using this platform if you are looking to expedite your workflow. It is also an engaging way to garner interactions.

Microsoft Power BI, Navisite Productivity and Collaboration (Microsoft Office 365 and MDM), Azure Application Gateway
Session planning, workforce planning, finding dependencies, and gathering feedback are all easy to achieve when using Miro collaboratively with the team. Also useful for brainstorming ideas, gathering information in a single place from multiple sources, and team building sessions. I wouldn't use it for high-level commercial confidence work but that's solely based on appropriateness around the work I carry out.
