There is a learning curve to the user interface, less savvy users struggle to pick it up quickly
The boards do not translate well to Microsoft Office products
With many collaborators engaging at once, following updates can be confusing

Implementation Rating

I was not really part of the implementation of Miro. I just showed up and it worked, so I would say it was seamless from my perspective.

My experience with Miro was always with remote teams. Miro allowed us to collaborate as if we were all in the same room, in some ways even better than in-person interaction.
