Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is a very powerful tool for making good team meetings and arranging points. This is really easy to use and friendly and I like the sharing option for spaces for example. Thanks to Miro, we manage everyday team meetings with objectives, blocking points, and kaizen sessions. We tried many other tools before, and no one had so many templates as Miro. The platform is very stable and I like the Jira integration plugin! In one word, wonderful!

- More font features
- Integration with data management tools
- More documentation for new users
- We don't had the return of investment yet, but sounds promising !
Kaizen sessions permit us to work together on a complete whiteboard, at the same time, and this real-time feature is very cool! I like the idea to be warned when someone is updating the board.

Microsoft team's built-in module is not sufficient, but Jira is too big for the use we have. Miro is the perfect balance between features and simplicity.
