Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro heavily for communicating externally to the client, scoping out future work, creating diagrams, building out and marking up designs with stickies, data table references, etc. Miro helps us to all collaborate in sync, live-edit, quickly drop images/designs/ and break out further questions, references to older designs, etc. It is exceptional for the client to be able to quickly access it and see visually what we are referring to in scoping discussions, etc.
  • Live edits - everyone collaborating at the same time.
  • Quickly adding stickies and notes/organization.
  • Ability to take a lot of dispersed information and get it into one central place
  • User friendly.
  • An option to stay logged in longer- having to log in within hours of opening miro and putting in two-factor authentication is a huge timer killer and productivity killer.
  • I would love to see my frequently used add-ons, such as emojis, stickies, lines, etc., always showing up. Possibly floating the most recently used options and keeping them sticky to your bar. Or letting you customize which options show up top.
  • Stickies sometimes disappear and you can't find them.
  • Miro has reduced our spin with features by allowing us to surface to the client a clean copy of the design with numbers associated and data mapped.
  • Miro has increased our productivity in retros by allowing people to quickly add stickies, move stickies to action items, etc.
  • Miro has increased the fun we've been able to have with team retros.
Skipping this question was not involved with integration.
Miro has positively impacted us and our teams' ability to collaborate. Even across projects, it has made sharing templates easier, sharing ideas, and collaborating close to seamlessly.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is much more user-friendly and responsive and the UI is optimal compared to these.
Miro works great for team retros, planning team goals, scoping out features, and communicating with clients. Miro is less well suited for things that involve a ton of text or lots of reading information.
