Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to brainstorm ideas and organize data. The tools we use the most are Frame and Sticker Notes. We often create frames to separate different topics and add sticker notes to brainstorm ideas. It is easy to organize all the ideas just by rearranging the sticker notes. Miro also helps with discussion when we can bring all people to one spot or follow someone on the board.
  • Easy to add, edit, and arrange sticker notes
  • Easy to create frame and tables for organizing data
  • Easy to follow other people or gathering everyone to one spot
  • When importing images, the sizes of the images are often altered and we have to resize them
  • Darker color sticker notes don't come with a light color text colour, which makes the readability lower
  • The table could have more functions like sorting, filtering, etc.
  • Improve productivity
  • Facilite discussion
It's easy to learn and use. However, Miro takes up a lot of capacity and can slow down the computer. Sometimes it takes a while to load. Other than that, it is a useful tool for team collaboration.
It is hard to export images or tables. It is also not great when importing images. I have to resize the images every time I import them, which is annoying.
It is a great tool to collaborate with others. But Miro can consider adding more features to help with collaboration.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It is easier to invite other people to use Miro. The process of setting up is faster and easier. The tools are better and easy to understand. It is also easier to adjust the notes, fonts, and other elements. The dashboard of Miro is also nicer and more user-friendly.
It is perfect for just using sticker notes to create ideas and facilitate discussion. However, in my experience, if you want to create a design, or something more complicated, then it is not the tool for it. For example, if I want to create a screen, I would go to Figma. If I want to create a table, I would go to Google Sheets. Miro doesn't provide enough tools to do complicate stuff.
