Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to compile ideas with large teams and visualize the ideas better. We also use Miro to conduct workshops with our clients to gather requirements. So it is a perfect tool to whiteboard or brainstorm ideas with many team members in a fun and creative way.
Pros
- Ability to see live changes/updates.
- Providing templates to use/explore ideas.
- Sharing with others.
Cons
- Objects are hard to configure / switch through one another (overlay order).
- A button to see the entire screen as opposed to scrolling out every time.
- Using the right arrow to navigate is difficult to use.
- Improved productivity in brainstorming new ideas.
- Helped the team stay on track and on the same page.
- Securing license in our org was easy.
Drastically changed, many other whiteboard services are simple and old school. Miro seems like the new shiny thing on the block for team brainstorming.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Not sure

Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
Best for brainstorming ideas and collecting thoughts, Lucidchart is probably better for architecture diagram drawing with their pre made templates in that space.
