Overall Satisfaction with Miro

For planning programmes of work
Building decision trees or process flows
Interactive workshops using sticky notes and creating activities
Collaboration
  • Group activities
  • Process design, using arrows, etc, that are sticky and can move
  • Templates
  • Exporting stuff, like a process diagram for sharing
  • The filing structure, is super super hard to figure out and follow!
  • Improved collaboration and 'fun' for workshops
  • Increased productivity through being able to virtually run workshops
i have not integrated it but might look into that!
Hugely! And we're not killing trees by writing on massive sheets of butchers paper and using smelly textas

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It's great for building diagrams, excellent in fact, but hard to share these with people outside Miro. There could be a better 'visual only' view or way to export pieces of the board.

Love using it for workshops and building fun activities with stickers, notes, frames, etc. The 'ownership' of boards though doesn't work that well. eg. I duplicated a workshop I built for someone else to use, but still had to be involved by adding in all the users. Not sure if there was a better way to transfer ownership of that board to someone.

Using Miro

It's very intuitive. You have to know a few tricks like locking bits and pieces especially when collborating in workshops but love the flexibility it has
