Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it to detail down user problem statements, business processes, as is and to be analysis. We use Miro to analyze the early needs of end users, detail down their business processes and problem statements. It helps to create an online version of the collaboration. It speeds up the analysis process.
  • great visualizations
  • collaboration space
  • easy to use
  • It is at time, laggy to move around, zoom in and out
  • positive impact. As it increases the speed and collaboration
Very satisfied. We love using the templates which are quite a good fit for various exercises from design thinking workshops to swot analysis, from as-is analysis to to-be picture drawing.
It is also great to have an interactive workshop and meetings in virtual setting which increases very much the engagement overall!
Miro works well with our internal collaboration tools such as Microsoft teams and share point. We use miro as part of a default tab in our channels in Ms teams where the team can see and access collaboration boards fast and easy with one link. I cannot think of any bad experience.
this is such a true statement. In todays world where hybrid working and remote working are becoming norms, we realized that miro helps us to create a great collaboration tool accessible from everywhere equally to all. Users can utilize the tool to engage in workshops that are remotely done globally

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Appropriate: To brainstorm, initial analysis to see all details and big picture.
Not Appropriate: to use as a formal documentation. As our company requires further official documents where miro cannot be used as a source, we have to use miro for initial discussions and brainstorming which is fine as one tool cannot solve all.
