Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It's great for collaboration and getting the team aligned. Easy for those in all departments to use.
  • Large library of templates to use
  • Easy to create user flows
  • Great features for holding brainstorms: timer, dot voting, notes section
  • Sometimes difficult to locate projects.
  • Making some boards private
  • Easy to use so not a huge learning curve
It's been pretty easy and seamless. Great to have anyone join the projects and work on things simultaneously or asynchronously. We have to adopt using existing templates we created more so that we can save more time and have it more geared for our brand.

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro has more capabilities. FigJam is sometimes easier to integrate bc our team uses Figma a lot. But Miro is better when expanding out to people outside our department.
Brainstorms have been the most helpful. We create a presentation that we run the team through and create specific boards where people can share their ideas. It's a great dumping ground for our ideas.

Great for planning. There are lots of components to use where we can create an inventory checklist in a table and a roadmap. So having diverse components helps achieve different tasks.
