Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro for a variety of purposes: creating organizational charts, brainstorming products & business proposals, creating documentation or diagrams for systems & products, etc.
Miro helps us visualize and create a roadmap for addressing various problems within our company internally and externally within our industry. It has also been useful as a way to collaborate with colleagues & stay focuses/connected on the same goals.

- Diagrams & flow charts
- Collaboration
- Flexibility
- Unlocks creativity
- Too many locked features/shapes
- Create more ways for organization of projects - maybe by having multiple tabs for a certain file
- Improved communication with other users
- Quick visualizations
- Efficiency gained by working on the same document
- Sometimes can be challenging to pick up and quickly document something
That has been one of the main benefits of working with Miro as opposed to other similar products. The ability to hop on a call and run through ideas - or simply work on a project at the same time with someone in another area has been very beneficial in improving communication between our employees.
Miro has an advantage in live collaboration over Lucid Chart - which is a software our company still uses from time to time in addition to Miro. For any collaborative flow charts/diagrams, we tend to use Miro.
