Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Design thinking. I use it to make group workshops mainly, collaboration, make others interact at the same time when we are remotely working. Also used for presentations.
The post it’s are the most used function. When we make brainstorming in the value proposition canvas, feedback grid, empathy map, or others. Also very useful to do journey maps and service blueprints. One of the best updates they made was the voting feature and emoji feature. Also used a lot.

Since our company is an international one with people across America with language barriers, miro helped a lot out company through the pandemic, allowing all of us to collaborate on projects easily, smoothly and effective, through all the tools the platform offers. It had a little bit of a learning curve at first, but once everyone got used to it, it facilitated our daily work and managing online workshops.
