Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use miro very broadly. Particularly to collaborate and organize ideas about a project. I also use it as a personal tool to reflect and organize my work and career plan.
Pros
- Link objects
- Diverse objects to either add more details and organize content
- Easy to comment and collaborate
- Tools to prioritize and track work
Cons
- Time to load when boards have a lot of content or images, it lags
- Navigation (particularly horizontal scroll) is not intuitive for first time users or people without a mouse
- the votes disappear after using the voting tool
- Improved collaboration
- Improved organization and documentation for the work
- Ideal for remote/hybrid work environment
Miro has made documentation from workshops a lot easier. Now in a hybrid environment, the ability to take photos and add stickies to a board has been great! Another very useful part is that there are a lot of pre-defined templates for different stages of a project, which helps the preparation and planning be a lot easier.
