Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it as a virtual WhiteBoard to organize our work, plan, and brainstorm. We organize sprints, come up with new ideas for features, and do sprint retrospectives using Miro. It's very helpful in our remote-only work environment.

Pros

  • Collaboration in real-time; multiple users.
  • Able to be used on both desktop and web apps.
  • Good integration with Webex.

Cons

  • The templates are a bit confusing, to begin with.
  • Jira integration for sprints would be great.
  • Exportable data from templates.
  • Increased efficiency of communications.
  • Facilitates the design process.
  • Facilitates agile development process.
It's a great "whiteboard," but some way to "handle" the data input like in Jira or Notion would be great.
We use it as an informal tool to collaborate in a free-wheeling manner.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Open-ended creative tasks are best for Miro. It's the digital equivalent of a whiteboard to explore and collaborate on a single screen. After that's done, and action items need to be recorded, then It's time to move to something like Jira; that's where some integration would be great.
