Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Mainly I use Miro for doing my research synthesis, Team collaboration and also to present my research findings to different stakeholders, I find it very easy to ask my team members to join in and ideate on real time basis, Also during research synthesis, I bring all of my research data together, which really helps me to look at all the findings at one place and do the synthesis as per need.

Implementation Rating

I wasn't involved directly in the implementation process, however I was very much involved the pilot process.

Ease of Integration

The integration with other tools is good, since we use lots of plugins along with this platform. For example to add any stickers or to add any icons or to see or download different templates. So far I have not seen any major issue with the integrations, apart from being it a bit slow when you have tons of data on your bard.

Collaboration

Absolutely, I cannot imagine my work post pandemic without Miro, I have also used several other collaboration tools like MURAL but the flexibility I get using Miro is unmatchable. Having several usable templates and plugins for stickers, icons are like icings on top of a cake. Those templates and stickers helps in creating presentation in very short span of time.

Alternatives Considered

MURAL, Figma and Pendo.io

As stated earlier, I have also used MURAL in the past but the level of flexibility i get from Miro is the best. Miro is very swift in usage, sharing and presenting. Also when we talk about the privacy, I think Miro ranks on top where we get full control on the data. for example - who can edit or view.

Its Awesome productivity tool, Miro is like my go-to tool during my work, It helps me curate and keep all of my research related data and findings together and accessible whenever I need them. Being a UX researcher I have to collaborate and connect with lots of individuals; Miro helps me during those sessions, its very handy to take notes and refer it back.
