Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I have a hybrid team of 12 team members around the country. We use Miro for brainstorming, team activities and project retrospectives. we use Miro both during live working sessions when team members are collaborating as we take notes on the board and we also use Miro to leave feedback for eachother when we are not actively collaborating during a session.

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Many existing templates to leverage
  • Easy to see board history and changes
  • Very interactive

Cons

  • Ability to import font files
  • Embedding other applications like excel
  • Easier to export to pdf for printing onto one page
  • Improved collaboration
  • Faster turn around time
  • Less travel costs
Very easy to use - clear instructions and videos that teach each person how to use the various tools and functions within a Miro board with videos, written instructions and tutorials. This makes us very intuitive for each person to use the tool and makes it less burdensome for the Miro board owner
I wish Miro integrated more smoothly with: - teams I wish Miro was integrated with: 1. Outlook Emails 2. PowerPoint 3. Microsoft excel (for Miro tables)
As stated in the previous question, Miro has allowed my twelve person team to activist collaborate during team sessions as well as offline in between session through the live whiteboard. This has allowed us to reduce the amount of travel needed among team members because we can still effectively collaborate using the whiteboard.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Did not evaluate others - this was the one offered by my organization
Best suited: Project retrospectives Team building activities like ice breakers Live session brainstorming Voting on ideas Less suited: developing a presentation that needs to follow brand standards When we need to track changes to document changes from each version If we need to consolidate information from a board into one email (text only)
