We use Miro to facilitate workshops and working sessions for all of the following in our healthcare agency. Kick-off meetings. Strategic workshops. Customer segmentation. Customer journey mapping. Creative review meetings. IA and UX planning and investigation. Creative concept brainstorming. Tactical planning and brainstorming. Innovation sessions. Product planning sessions. Product validation sessions. Process flow diagrams. Basic UX flow diagrams.

Cons
- Fix the integration with Adobe XD, currently the XD images are at too low a resolution to be useful.
- Introduce a Chat GTP AI Interface.
- Allow different text sizes in the same text box.
- Improved effectiveness of brainstorming.

- Improved workshops.

We looked at lots of different products when selecting, not all of which I can remember; this was two years ago. Miro came out head and shoulders above the others for ease of use, functionality, integration, plugins, and training.
