Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro daily to manage the backlog, run workshops, plan sprints and releases, refine user stories, brainstorm and manage my offshore teams, and align requirements and needs from users in several different countries.

The Jira integration and Miro AI capabilities bring my work to a new level of efficiency and quality.

From generating ideas, consolidating different perspectives, generating user stories based on collaboration, creating acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization, you name it. I even started making images and product/feature definitions using AI.

The background: I'm a Global Product Owner responsible for an application that is live in more than 60 countries. It is used by Commercial and Medical teams to manage Events and Congresses with external scientific experts and Healthcare Professionals.

This application is very complex, and it needs to comply with local and global compliance regulations while supporting customer engagement.

We work in Agile mode, and multiple teams work on the same platform application on monthly releases.

Pros

  • Create user stories
  • Plan Product Releases
  • Brainstorm
  • Gather and organize inputs
  • Compile ideas and organize thought
  • Prioritize Backlog
  • Create User Story Map

Cons

  • Update AI generated content
  • Specific objects for Agile like User Story
  • Custom objects in which we could add custom properties and fields
  • Reduction of rework due to misunderstanding
  • Efficiency increase
  • Shared documentation
Very easy to integrate with Jira, Zoom, Teams and other platforms. Lots of addons and cool templates.
Working with people all over the world, not only customers but also developers, Miro helped to manage my product and teams.
Easier to use, better user interface, AI functionalities, templates, integrations and awesome community.

Yes

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

For any remote team, collaboration is required, and that requires working on a virtual world. I have worked as a Project Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master, and in any case where we need to collaborate, Miro was a very good fit.

The combined capabilities of the stick notes, images, flows, diagrams, tables, and zoom make it the perfect place to work together.

Agile Product Backlog Management, Workshops, Requirements definitions, product management.
