Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I started to introduce Miro in my organization after a great experience in my previous companies, I mainly use it as a collaborative tool to share with my colleagues, but also to organize my thoughts visually. Aside from collaborating on projects together, we also use it to structure meetings as we are fully remote and any visual element helps a great deal.

Pros

Cons

  • Even more free stickers like the ones shown in the academy videos
  • Shorten the number of meetings due to the ability to better sync offline
It made collaboration offline and online much better due to the ability to work on the same canvas effortlessly, members can contribute and comment on others' work to achieve the best possible alignment, whether it is for offline purpose due to busy schedules and/or different time zones, or just to be best prepared for the next meeting.

It's a great tool, especially when working in hybrid/remote models. It's amazing when in need of visual elements but it's also great just for structuring thoughts or meetings.

There isn't a tool like it in the market for visual collaboration, it can help in so many ways from just a plain canvas for organizing thoughts to a tool commonly used in meetings and to sync with different members of the team online and/or offline.

Using Miro

It's super easy and intuitive to do different actions around the product, elements automatically align and there are shortcuts to preform common actions. Navigation is very easy and it's easy to find different elements and templates to use.

Yes - It works great, but it's harder to edit the board than it is on a laptop, I would usually use it to view things rather than edit.
