Overall Satisfaction with Miro

In my startup, I use Miro to facilitate innovation workshops online, with participants from all over the world. The tool helps run the sessions smoothly, collect input, enable interaction in the group, and generate insights that help address the product problems we discuss. I also use Miro to create tools or templates to run future workshops, which are sharable across the Miro community.

Pros

  • Enables interactive discussions in team meetings.
  • The AI feature is very helpful to get insights.
  • For product design and management teams, it is particularly helpful to manage projects.

Cons

  • I would like to insert my own workshop playlist from Spotify.
  • I would like to embed board on my website that blend naturally with the design/layout of my page.
  • Quick problem discussions and solutions finding.
  • Team engagement.
  • Ease of learning, enhancing productivity.
It is quite straightforward to learn and keep using.
It has been fantastic, since it helps us organize workshops with participants from all over the world. In that sense, we have saved time and money, making our work more efficient and profitable.
Miro is more intuitive, user friendly, and team-oriented. It is also a versatile tool that allows innovation work in a streamlined way.
