Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I have used Miro for whiteboarding creation. It is a wonderful tool to virtually present your ideas to the team. Few of the things I like are : 1. Templates 2. Mind Mapping 3. Wireframing Icons 4. Infinite Canvas Using above, I can freely create the workflows, account mining activity and diagrams to help the team understand better.

Pros

  • Whiteboarding
  • Wireframing
  • Mindmapping
  • Ready Templates

Cons

  • Team Sharing in the free version should be provided
  • Costing seems high for medium scale companies
  • Just like draw.io, facility to convert diagram into JPEG so that it is easy to share
  • Individual pricing can be added at very less cost, just like AMAZON's annual subscriptions
  • Productivity has increased due to whiteboarding
  • Quick access to Wireframing helps to create basic mock ups
  • Sharing the link with team and "view only" access created the visibility
I did not participate but I wish I had, I am always eager to learn from the amazing teams that are working with such great products
I have integrated Miro with other products. Certainly would recommend to provide tutorial/user manual what products it can integrate with
PS : I would love if it could be integrated with MS Teams :)
It had impacted positively. I am the avid user of Miro in my organisation and have been vocal about it through this year to my cross-functional teams.
Many folks in my organisation had started using Miro because of my recommendation and demonstration of my work over Miro.
I am happy with this product and super grateful to the amazing (behind the scene) team - Product designers, Product Managers and researchers.
You are doing phenomenal job and creating an impact. Trust me I thank these teams more than 10 times over the week :) Grateful to such mesmerizing product.
1. Miro against draw.io : draw.io has limitations on the interactiveness and user friendly ness, Miro solves this problem by providing shortcuts 2. Against Notion : Notion seems a bit colourful ,yet not very user friendly to use 3. Figma : Figma is great for UX/UI designers, however Miro solves the use case for people who are not UX/UI centric. Some people only needs to create a quick and easy wireframes. Miro helps here :)

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Well suited :
1. Presenting the idea to the team as a Product Manager/ Business Analyst
2. Sharing the canvas board to navigate using VIEW ONLY access
3. Brainstorming the data which is immensely present at your end and carving out the diagrams for easy understanding just like what you have done on the office's whiteboard

Less Suited :
1. Not all members can collaborate simultaneously
