Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to collect notes and documents to link notes and document information together to compile information, organize, and then contribute to new reports so I can where information came from and where it is going to be used. I share my information journey with others and I plan to start building templates of routine reports.

Pros

  • Quick note creation.
  • Quick organization.
  • Visual flow of thought.
  • Sharing of visual flow.

Cons

  • Copy images directly into “document” created in Miro.
  • Sequential tagging.
  • Easier to find comments.
  • Miro is much better to use than Whiteboard because it is so much easier to create, be creating with thought tracking. I would say at least twice as fast to use.
  • The program is much more intuitive
  • And thing that I can think of that I’d like to do Miro can accommodate what I want to do
I credibly easy to implement and get started to use because it is so intuitive to use.
I am learning of how Miro can integrate with other programs. I really appreciate the ability to drag and drop files into Miro. Grouping items together is very simple and intuitive.
I have only gotten started using Miro but. Have seen others use Miros collaboration ability and it’s amazing.
Miro is much easier to use with out of the box tools and features that don’t exist in whiteboard

Using Miro

  • Creative thinking, creative design.
  • Seeing a visual history of reporting and information flow.
  • Building organization charts
  • Building and collaborating on marketing materials.
  • Building and collaborating on standard procedures.
I really like and enjoy using Miro.

Evaluating Miro and Competitors

  • Ease of Use
Getting started in Miro is very intuitive to anyone that has stood in front of a whiteboard to try to create and collaborate.
Right now pricing is an issue to fully replace the whiteboard program in place now and others just don’t know to use a whiteboard for collaboration.

Miro Implementation

Using Miro

Really enjoy using and how intuitive it is to use, like a really whiteboard but much faster and more powerful especially with being able to drop documents into it.
