Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is used extensively for brainstorming and creating flowcharts and mind maps of the process which are currently manually performed and that would be digitally transformed. It is very helpful to note down the ideas and expectations during the very initial stage of the project .It has a large no of inbuilt templates which can be selected and updated as per requirement. It supports collaboration allowing multiple users to edit at the same time
Pros
- Supports collaboration by allowing multiple users to edit at the same time
- Boards access can be password protected
- Board access can be set to read only and view only access helps to control unwanted edits to the board
- Supports a large variety of inbuilt templates which can be readily loaded
Cons
- Noticed navigation lags when there are many users working on the board this is something that can be improved
- Miro is really important during the initial stages of the project to map out the project expectation especially when team is working remotely as it serves exactly like a whiteboard if working in a offline meeting room
Yes really helpful most of my team works remotely as well as from different regions Miro helps the remote team to wok seamlessly in virtual environment like a teams online meeting because of the ease of use and the fluidity of the application
