Streamlining marketing strategy with visual collaboration
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I work with teams like sales, design, and product to monitor marketing campaigns using Miro. I use it to map out goals, timelines, and customer touchpoints all in one place. Before Miro, we were using emails and slides, which are difficult to track for us. Now, we can work in real time on the same board. Our main purpose in using Miro is about campaign planning, reviewing campaign results, and sharing updates with stakeholders.
Pros
- We can work together on the same board at the same time.
- All our ideas and plans stay in one place.
- Sticky notes and voting make team decisions easy.
- It is simple to map out steps and timelines.
Cons
- You can easily get lost on large boards.
- It lacks robust graphing and charting tools.
- Shapes and notes do not always line up neatly.
- Faster campaign alignment
- Improved team productivity
- Accelerated decision-making
- Higher engagement in remote teams
My work has been impacted by Miro since it allows me to work with my team in real time regardless of where they are. I save time when creating plans thanks to the pre-made templates. I can better understand team members' opinions about our plan thanks to the comments, so we do not have to send so many emails to provide feedback on the plan.
Miro helped us use fewer tools by putting planning, brainstorming, and feedback all in one place. We do not need extra whiteboard applications or to send so many files, which makes working together easier. It does not replace analytics or CRM tools but works pretty well with them. So yes, it has changed our working style for the better.
We assessed these tools to gain a better understanding because they are excellent and have certain unique features. But in the end, we chose Miro since it offers all the features that ClickUp, Stormboard, and Conceptboard do. Additionally, it has a special feature that lets you access all of the tools and features in one place.
