Overall Satisfaction with Miro

we use it for brainstorms and process maps (swimlanes).
Miro allows a borderless collaborative environment which is great since we have stakeholders sitting across multiple countries.
Templates help guide discussions.

Pros

  • virtual brainstorms
  • process maps (swimlanes) -Easy addition of steps

Cons

  • bulk update of format - cannot select one board and update all fonts at once for instance (because some arrows might be in there)
  • AI function is not very straightforward to use
  • Productivity
  • Collaboratoin
  • Efficiency
It's not that easy to get used to the board format. Sometimes we all get lost.
It's not intiutive for less tech savvy people (senior leaders of the orgs).

Not much. It's a separate tool from the rest of the stack we use commrecially.
Figma is more user friendly initially than Miro
Monday we use for project management - which I do not think Miro solves for now?
