Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use Monday.com to connect teams & better communicate internally, as well as manage customers ad-hoc projects, inviting them as guests to participate, to increase transparency & efficiency. In addition, we find it useful to have more use-cases like tips & know-hows, process templates for recurring tasks.

Monday.com is very intuitive, easy to use, and easy to learn. Their system is self-explanatory, almost anyone can just start working with it - no training is required. It is a colorful system - which is very nice and also brings happy vibes :)
Always a very fast response time - in minutes.
This tool is very reliable. I never experienced any issues.

Monday.com is a very useful tool. It's useful for tasks management, projects, and shared projects. Great for both internal & external activities. Recently I've invited a couple of customers for different scenarios - to work with us on a Monday.com board - for each we've created a specific board. This way we avoid emails going back & forth, and everyone can see an updated status of the project. This is a very productive environment - where nothing gets away - you can see exactly what's left to be done and what's already done, fully transparent to the customer - and also manageable by the customer - where you can define the tasks of your team, and the customer's. The customer can see right from the start what is expected from his side and be prepared for that.
