Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
At every meeting, I open monday.com and put in everyone's tasks. When we are slogging through a big project, we all gather around and cheer when someone pushes the done button and gets the little fireworks burst. It's reached the point that I now think so much in boards and boxes, I got a free account for home use!

monday.com Feature Ratings
monday.com & Collaboration
We are just starting to do this. I set up our first joint board yesterday.
Overall a 9.
If there were more features available in cheaper versions, I'd give it a 9.5.
Using monday.com
12 - We use it for content, development, and maintenance. The admin and C-suite are slowly getting on board with monday.com as well.
1 - I've figured out a lot by watching the videos, and I help everyone else. I was a teacher in my last career, so I think that helps. Sometimes we ask our IT guys to set things up, but I've found it's often easier to do it myself.
- Organizing content and team workflow.
- Development team.
- Maintenance requests.
- Organizing maintenance
- Organizing digital assets
- I'm hoping to create a full-fledged digital asset management board for the next app version.
- The dashboards and Gantt chart to see all of our projects at once.
Evaluating monday.com and Competitors
Yes - monday.com replaced Microsoft's task management apps that comes with 365. While they did certain things well, they weren't complex enough. Rather than upgrading in Microsoft's Project, we went with monday.com because it seemed more versatile.
- Product Features
- Product Usability
- Product Reputation
We were looking for a product that could manage projects and be a CRM. In the end, we still haven't set up a CRM.
I wouldn't.

I'm not involved in these decisions.
Way back at the beginning of the company, we realized that we were actually starting two companies. I was in charge of purchasing a new monday.com account and moving some of the boards over. monday.com support was excellent. They did their part promptly and clearly explained to me how to do my part.
