Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use Monday.com for all our business tasks. The biggest problem was the company was growing by leaps and bounds, but did not have infrastructure to support it. Tasks were being assigned in voice messages via Slack and it was getting impossible to prioritize tasks and projects without a solid task management system. This created an environment where everything was urgent all the time.
  • Manage tasks across multiple projects and people seamlessly
  • Houses team member routines and workflows so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Keeps communication clear as it's all done within the item updates
  • Weekly team meetings are hosted in Monday so that tasks can be assigned on the spot
  • The forms can get hard to work around: one form per board, scrolling feature in the description doesn't look like it scrolls until you click, so customer facing details could be hidden.
  • Would be nice to have recurring tasks for routine items (Asana does this well)
  • I would love to have a Monday "course" for my new team members to go through upon onboarding. Everything we have right now, I made and it feels janky. Plus, Monday updates features frequently so it would be nice to have y'all own that training bit so it stays relevant. Then we could even have old team members do a quarterly refresh.
  • Our monthly investment in Monday.com is easily made up for in time savings from out team.
  • Managing projects across multiple departments is done so well in Monday with the help of the "my work" tab.
  • Having routines and task boards for team members means the business runs on automation. Everyone knows what they need to do, when and how.
  • Weekly meetings are hosted in Monday so our teams know what is happening across the business, what the effect will be on their team, how they can prepare and tasks are assigned accordingly.
  • We use EOS for our business structure. Monday.com makes it so easy to implement!
I admit, I'm a productivity junkie, so this stuff lights me up! I get excited about new features in Monday and bringing them to our teams. However, I'm finding that it's a little learning curve for most of our team members. Even just the basics. So, I'm having to train up specific team members to build boards so I'm not the bottle neck on new board/workflow creation. It would be awesome to have a "welcome to Monday" course to send newbies through and some refreshers to send seasoned team members through quarterly that shows recent upgrades.
Your customer support has always been helpful and timely!
I rarely have issues with Monday that can't be solved with a simple page refresh.

Monday.com is well suited for anyone. I personally believe we're in an age where a paper to do list just doesn't cut it any more. From the stay at home mama to the rocket scientist on the ISS, a clean and organized task management system is needed for the daily grind. Our brains are great at reminding us we need to do something, but not always at the best time. (Ex: finally lay down at night and remember you needed to get some files to your CPA.) Monday.com is a great place to plop all these tasks swimming in our heads so we are reminded to complete them at the appropriate time.
