Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use Monday.com to track projects, assign responsibilities, gather information through forms, share files, and remain in communication with our office. All employees, leadership and attorneys use Monday.com. It is the one common place to find all relevant and historical information.

Great integrations! We use templates on a constant basis and probably have about 150 set of pulses
Quick turnarounds, good resource center for help, numerous items we have asked for have been added.
Rarely have outages. We are pleased to be able to rely on Monday.com and we have replaced a couple of tools with one resource.

We used Monday.com to track training through the forms section. This allowed us to capture validated training, along with electronically signed confirmation of training. We also used to communicate with employees when they had not acknowledged.
We use to track meeting minutes for easy reference and action item assignment. This allows us to see quickly what topics are pending or assignments are due and streamlines the ability to get updated without inundating with emails.
We also forecast items and schedule so we are transparent to the entire team.
