We use monday.com for project management, task tracking / delegation, strategic planning, and reporting.

- More modular presentation. Does a great job presenting things, but can be rigid at times.
- API syntax is cumbersome, and documentation covers only the most basic examples
- Cross-board dynamic data fields. Mirror column is great, but is often unusable for automations.
- Project management EXISTS at our company now
No complaints on uptime (Very,very high 90%s), most features work beautifully, and monday's focus on product completeness softens the blow of the features that fall short, since there's almost always a light at the end of the tunnel with upcoming features.
