Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use it to sort out what we want to get done for the month, then use it as a continuious to-do list to let the team know where our workload is. We also use it for task management with bigger projects that don't necessarily have a deadline, but we need to monitor the progress of.
- Automations - we can set it up to notify us, create a task, move to another board, dependencies, etc.
- Organization - we can customize the colors, columns, and wording to fit our needs for each project.
- Celebration - sometimes we do so much that we forget things we have accomplished. monday.com allows us to look back on what we have completed and the confetti when hitting "done" boosts dopamine.
- Having the ability to put notes/comments in bullet form rather than just long sentences.
- Being able to add photos to form questions to give examples of what each option means.
- Task tracking (things we have coming up and what we have accomplished)
- Less forgetful (we access it on our phones when we're away from the computer to add to our monthly task list and then prioritize)
- Request forms (sent to our sales team so it will gather all necessary information for us and notify us when the request comes in, creates tasks and due dates)
Since we have started using monday.com I don't think we've ever ran into a downtime. It's worked flawlessly for us no matter if we are using it from our browser, the PC app, or our phones. We used it at a tradeshow in Chicago constantly and it never had issues.
