monday.com has one of the easiest interfaces I've ever used. Whoever helped create the UI/UX experience needs a big raise because I've rarely come across other platforms that make their usage so intuitive and easy to understand.

Support Rating

I haven't had to use Monday's customer support yet, however, they were relatively quick on the forums to respond to a product suggestion. I appreciate their ability to open up suggestions to customers through their community.

Reliability & Availability

Overall performance of monday.com has been fantastic. The features work as intended, and reliability is unquestioned. The only piece of the software that I've encountered that has not performed as expected was the shareable views of specific formatted tables/views, such as the ability to share a Kanban board. monday.com has done an amazing job at allowing our company to consolidate its projects and resources in one spot as well as allow group awareness to launches.
