Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We are stock image, footage and DAM wranglers. There are different procedures for each department although they also need to work in a collaborative environment. The intuitive interface and customizable features cater to the unique needs of each department. By consolidating information and streamlining workflows, monday.com has become an indispensable tool for Greatstock, promoting efficiency and exceptional results across the entire company. We have renovated workflows across the board.

It's incredibly simple to import data from existing spreadsheets. This has allowed me to recreate and improve on existing workflows and minimise time spent "looking for that spreadsheet". The task management is integral to our workflow and creates an accountability system that tracks and identifies roadblocks in our system that can then be improved upon.
The chat function was incredibly useful in the initial setup of the new system. I was creating a brand new way of working for our company and received instantaneous assistance when setting up the initial infrastructure. I was never alone!
I have not had any downtime on monday.com. We have incredibly bad electricity issues in South Africa and our company servers would be offline for 4 hour sessions during operating hours. We moved all administration work to monday.com which allowed us to work independently and not rely on the hardware. Our other information was moved to cloud storage and can link through on boards.

I recently PM'd the design & dev of a content hub website. I was able to easily manage the teams in an agile manner.
We were also able to do severe test run cases involving our entire company in a collaborative manner to better report on site issues and resolve user journey issues in an efficient manner.
