Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Task delegation and projects control made easier! That's it. Since we implemented monday.com a few years ago, we have found a lot of value in the features that it has. Taking control of our timelines and following up with our key stakeholders is easier than ever. It takes just a few clicks to have all the updated information in a single place, no need to search for tons of email threads or chats. monday.com helped us to centralize our projects and improve communication by knowing who is doing what in each project and ensure a proper adherence to our timelines.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Tasks assignments - It is simple and functional, the only way you miss something is by not using the tool.
Comments tag - Not sure about a step or need clarification? It is so simple as tagging someone in a comment, and they'll get notified.
Status, easy to understand - What we want to see at a glance at any project, is its status. monday.com is very simple and visual, no way to miss what a project status is.

Cons

Notifications can be a bit messy some times, you need to find a better way to organize them if you are working on multiple projects at a time.
Missing some 'brainstorming' boards - it would be great if you could have everything in a single place, and if we could have a place to brainstorm without having to create new boards, would be great.

Usability

I have used multiple integrations, templates, and features from monday.com to make my life managing projects way easier. monday.com is really user-friendly, and it does not use any sophisticated process to start tracking and monitoring projects. As a matter of fact, it's so easy to use that sometimes is difficult to coordinate projects without it.

Support Rating

The main reason why I score this as a 10, its because is so easy to use a reliable that I cannot even recall one time I have had to contact customer support or ask for help to have something set up in monday.com, honestly is a relief knowing that I don't need to spend time every time just to get things done. monday.com does what it says it does.

Reliability & Availability

We use monday.com regularly, and we haven't encountered any scenario where we have been unable to use it for the purposes given. It is reliable, easy to use and well-designed. Features are easy to find and use, and the maintenances has never lasted too long to significantly damage any of our projects work flows.

Likelihood to Recommend

If you are working on projects and implementing new processes that have multiple and organized steps, definitely monday.com is a great tool. It is easy to use, fast, very intuitive and has tons of features that make your life as, either project manager or project coordinator, really easy. It is a must-use tool if you want to centralize the follow-up and tracking of your projects. On the other hand, if you are uncertain or are not clear yet on how to proceed with a project, you may want to use other tools to do brainstorming and project drafts, as monday.com (from my perspective) is not the best option for live discussion/brainstorming.
