Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com to manage projects across departments- from print projects (magazines, reports, etc.) to social media content scheduling. Additionally, we use monday.com forms to manage submissions and requests for our department. With monday.com we are able to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. We all are able better manage and communicated about projects because of monday.com's ease of use.

To really use monday.com to its full capability, there is definitely a learning curve. I wish I had more time to fully understand the full power of the platform. For what I use it for, it is excellent, but I know there is so much more I could do with the platform.
monday.com has been incredibly reliable for us. Once you get enough buy in from co-workers, it makes everything we do so much easier. Through our successful adoption of the platform, we have been able to get more and more people of board, making our capabilities just that much better.

When I went on maternity leave for several months, I was able to prep my cover through monday.com. Being able to preschedule and plan ahead in one platform that my co-workers also had access too made being away from work so much easier. I felt okay leaving my job in my cover's very capable hands without feeling like I was throwing her in the deep end with no support from me.
