monday.com is used across our organization to plan projects efficiently and keep a check of all ongoing tasks. The platform helps us with process efficiency while providing a one-stop shop for all our project management needs. Different team members are assigned tasks directly on monday.com alongside the relevant brief and other crucial touchpoints.

Pros

  • Project management across teams, departments and individual team members
  • Macro and micro view of all ongoing tasks, project timelines and resource allocation
  • Ease of assigning, planning and sharing final resources for the business

Cons

  • Once a board has been set up, extremely difficult to add core features that were not selected at the start
  • Gets slow when a lot of information is added in one document hosted on monday.com
  • The platform can be very overwhelming for new users.
  • Easier setup of new project planning
  • More process efficiency across departments
  • Common platform for collective view of all company wide projects
Initial setup and usability is a bit difficult for new users. Once you get well versed then it gets fairly simply and is a joy to use. Would be greta if they could provide more of a guide/tips for new users as you use the platform.
Great, fast and responsive enterprise support team.
The overall performance has been really great and the platform has been integrated across most facets of our business. Increasing operational efficiency across departments, individuals and teams.
