Different team members are assigned tasks directly on monday.com alongside the relevant brief and other crucial touchpoints.

- Project management across teams, departments and individual team members
- Macro and micro view of all ongoing tasks, project timelines and resource allocation
- Ease of assigning, planning and sharing final resources for the business
Cons
- Once a board has been set up, extremely difficult to add core features that were not selected at the start
- Gets slow when a lot of information is added in one document hosted on monday.com
- The platform can be very overwhelming for new users.
- Easier setup of new project planning
- More process efficiency across departments
- Common platform for collective view of all company wide projects
