Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use Monday.com as a cross department project management tool. It allows us to communicate much more effectively than we were previously when we were using spreadsheets. The majority of our department and cross-department work lives in Monday.com.

Monday.com does not integrate with Saleforce, which is our primary CRM. However, the SurveyMonkey integration has been helpful. I have not used many of the provided templates.
I have not tried to use the support feature at this time.
Overall the performance of Monday.com is very strong. One area for improvement is the formatting of email submissions and the ability to duplicate items to other boards. We take in email requests internally and then move those to our production board. Currently the item update has to be moved over manually and heavily reformatted for readability. However, most features work well and we have few other complaints.

We use Monday.com to communicate our events process through different departments. The event department will create an event, finalize details (date, description, etc), and then tag the marketing team for review. After review, we pass back to events for confirmation. Once confirmed, the event is added to the website. We can also make any necessary changes to the event by communicating in Monday.com.

Monday.com is less appropriate for writing/editing content. We still use a track changes source like Google Docs and include the links in Monday.com since Monday.com is not an ideal content editing platform.
