Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com has exploded in use at our company due to its flexibility. Employees use it in a number of ways such as project management, task tracking, surveying users and team collaboration. Because of its many uses cases, we have been able to retire a number of other applications that are now obsolete. We absolutely love monday.com!

The UI is pretty straightforward, and the help resources are abundant
Our Success Manager is always responsive in a short period of time.
My overall experience is that monday.com is a great tool that's allowed us to consolidate many tools into one.

It's been an ideal tool for me to keep track of a number of tasks that aren't necessarily related to project work. They might include one off task or ideations for team growth.
