We use Monday.com to manage tasks, projects, assets and people. The product allows us to have what is essentially a one stop shop for all of our task management needs.

Saves time when creating new boards.
There is an inconsistancy between the information provided by the site than what is provided by the success manager which results in confusion.
Very powerful tool when used correctly, very fast and reliable. No downtime experienced so far.

As a small company with specific needs, we found a normal ticketing system to be too costly and with not enough wiggle room for other departments. As we used Monday.com anyway for personal tasks, we found creating a ticketing system in conjunction with Microsoft Teams incredibly easy.
