Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com has become our go to organization tool for internal operations, data and project management. From purchasing to creative, Monday has allowed our team to operate with more transparency between departments without the need for timely meetings. We work on quick deadlines and Monday allows us to easily stay organized to deliver our projects on time and on budget.

Pros

  • Automations to notify users of deadlines and next steps based on status
  • Creative management and visual display of photos in gallery view.
  • List organization and integration with Google Drive (file cabinet)

Cons

  • I would love to see a roll up feature integrated to sync boards automatically based on a drop down box, rolling up the information into a dashboard per client or job.
  • It would be nice to have the ability to change the list format per group and just link the columns that need to communicate.
  • Huge time savings, eliminating lengthy email chains and meetings
  • Increased organization and transparency between departments has led to increased accountability.
Monday.com is an easy to use tool for anyone, regardless of their technical knowledge. Our technical designers and project managers have integrated Monday into their workflow and onboarding for the on the ground team has been seamless. This is a mobile friendly tool for on the go management and delegation of tasks - perfect for events and entertainment.
I have never had a problem reaching customer service. I would love to have in house services that give advice and programming available so I gave this a 9 point review rather than 10 for that purpose, however, the outsourced support for design is reasonable in cost and has been helpful.
This is a great work management solution that has little lag time between users, uploads and data changes. It easily switches between views without having to reformat sheets which is a huge time savings and allows customization for each user experience. Everyone uses Monday a little differently, but it leads to the same overall solution which empowers individuality on our team while sticking to organizational needs.

Monday is a user friendly tool that easily organizes creatives and operations. It's visually stimulating and allows users to create automations or retain full control with manual entries. Our team uses Monday for internal organization of company operations as well as individual projects, ensuring accounting sends and receives invoices and contracts so production can stay focused on producing.
